"Terrible experience with Dawon specifically. There was a mistake made where my renters insurance address was not changed after i specifically card and changed my address. When Dawon informed me of the internal mistake, he attempted to shift the blame and said that this was my fault in order not to give me a refund although the address I had asked, was not in fact covered by the plan I had been paying for. Later I was told by another agent that this was in fact not my fault and the way this was dealt with was unprofessional. They also raised my 6 months of insurance to $800 for minimal coverage on one vehicle with a clean driving record. I quickly found out after shopping around that this was highway robbery and that the average cost to insure one vehicle in az is LESS than $400 for 6 months. I Would not even recommend this agent to my enemies."
